Basic Swimming Program consist of swim strokes and the survival swimming. The One Day Survival Swimming only has the survival swimming lesson which is the floating and water treading. Kapag nag enroll ka sa Basic Swimming Program kasama na talaga ang survival swimming.

Swim strokes covers freestlye swimming. If marunong ka na mag freestyle, our coaches can teach breaststroke also.

Survival swimming covers floating and water treading. Para ma overcome mo ang fears sa deep waters. Sa deep pool ginagawa ito. Sa Plunge Dive Club (Ortigas), Blueworld Dive Center (Paranaque) at sa Divenet (Porject 4 QC)

Yes this is for beginners even with zero based background in swimming. Designed po ang swimming programs natin for completely beginners katulad ninyo. So, nothing to worry, beginner friendly po ito.

Yes, kaya ninyo matuto pa din. We will guide you and para sa katulad ninyo na may takot talaga ang swimming lessons natin. We designed our swimming drills na step-by-step para unti unti ninyo din ma overcome ang takot ninyo. Tiwala lang kayo sa lesson and sa coach, you are safe and kaya mo yan.

Pang adult lang po tayo, walang age limit ito. Bawal lang ang bata. We only cater to 15 years old and above. Upto 50's and 60's pwede po.

- Add to cart, apply the discount code during checkout and take a screenshot of the order confirmation page showing the final amount.
Pay and send the following via Swim Central messenger or instagram.
- Proof of payment.
- Order confirmation screenshot (if you did the step 4 only).
- Schedule: State the venue, date and time slot.
We will send you the registration form after completing Step 5. Fill it out, and we will confirm your booking.

Hindi po pwede, pre-booking setup po tayo. The coaches will only be at the venue kapag may naka-book na students. We set limit lang din sa max capacity per coach kaya wala talaga tayong walk-in set up.

Required po ang swim googles.

Swim caps are required on some venues.

Swim attire, bawal po ang cotton material type. Dapat po rash guard, swim suit, jammers, swim trunks, cycling shorts and/or leggings.

Goggles and swim cap are also available for rent sa coaches at 50 pesos each.

This vaires per type of lesson you enroll. Iba po ang rules natin sa bawat class. For Basic Swimming Program and One Day Survival Swimming, rescheduling is free if done 2 days prior to the scheduled session. Otherwise, 200 rescheduling fee per session and per student.

2. Antel Spa Residence (Makati): Outside vicinity pay parking options, best option is Century City Mall than walk to venue (5 mins)
3. Galleria Townhomes (New Manila QC): Limited parking space inside the townhomes
4. Blueworld Dive Center (Paranaque): Limited parking space in the venue proper
5. Alcove Townhomes (Fairview/Novaliches QC): Free parking space inside the townhomes
6. Divenet (Project 4 QC): No parking space avaialble

Pool fees are excluded po sa enrollment fee, on-site payment na po ito babayaran.

Plunge Dive Club, Ortigas: 800 pesos.
Blueworld Dive Center, Parañaque: 600 pesos.
Galleria Townhomes, New Manila QC: 150 pesos per session. Additional 50 pesos if taking 2 sessions (3 hours) in one visit.
Antel Spa Residence, Makati: 250 pesos per session. Additional 250 pesos if taking 2 sessions (3 hours) in one visit.
Divenet, Project 4 QC: 600 pesos.
Alcove Townhomes, Novaliches/Fairview QC: 150 pesos.

No one can guarantee your learning. Depende talaga ito sa student since everyone has a different learning curve. What we can promise is that you will have a good experience with our class and coaches. We also offer skills enhancement sessions, at a cheaper rate, for those who need more practice pa talaga para fully matuto.

Kung wala ka naman takot sa deep waters, pwede ka agad mag freediving class. Pero kung hindi ka sure, mas maige kung mag take ka muna kahit ng One Day Survival Swimming. This will help you to maximize the learning na ituturo sayo sa freediving.

Skills Enhancement (SE)

This is an exclusive offer for every Alumni students. This is a practice session wherein you will enhance everything you have learned during your swimming lesson under a supervision of your coaches. You can enroll as much session as you want under this rate.

If you enroll for the full course of the Basic Swimming Program, 3499 rate, you are qualified to take a SE for swim strokes and survival swimming.

If you enroll for the Survival Swimming for Beginners, 1499 rate, you are qualified for a SE rate for survival swimming only.

Rate: 400 pesos/session (Exclusive of pool fee)
Duration: 1.5 hrs/session.

OWE stands for Open Water Exposure.

This is our event sa dagat where you will put your learning to the test. This is open only to swimming students who enrolled in our Survival Swimming or Basic Swimming Program.

This is a day trip in Subic, Zambales. We usually hold this event about 5–6 times a year.

The Swim Central Training Circle is our training community designed to help our learn-to-swim students continue improving and making progress through group training.

Non-students are also welcome to join, as long as marunong na silang lumangoy and are looking for a swim community to train with.

Wala po. Online bank transfer lang po tayo. Meron naman kayo 5 options to do fund transfer. BDO, BPI, GCash, Maya and Unionbank.

Oo naman. Madami na po natuto sa amin na mataba, as in overweight up to obese.

We don't offer this kind of service po na pupunta ang coach sa own pool ng students. We can't handle such operations pa po.

We don't sell swimwear. Goggles and swim cap are available for rent, 50 pesos each and sa coach ninyo na po ito irerent.

Pwede naman po except sa venue sa Ante Spa Residence (Makati) and sa AFPCOC.

2 types of guideline for weather update:
- Typhoon signal number (sa bagyo)
- Rainfall warning (kapag ulan lang or habagat season)

For typhoon signal number 1: Tuloy ang class pero pwede mag reschedule
- If under super typhoon category, kahit signal number 1, Cancel na po ang class.

For typhoon signal number 2 onwards: Cancel ang class

For rainfall warning na YELLOW: Tuloy ang class

For rainfall warning na ORANGE: Tuloy ang class pero pwede mag reschedule

For rainfall warning na RED: Cancel ang class

These are guidelines pero meron pa din case to case scenario. Make sure to communicate to our admin or to your coaches if the situation will fall under these circumstances to avoid na nagpunta kayo sa venue tapos cancel pala or wala yung coach.
